How many sizes do your bags come in and what sizes are they?
Our party bags come in two sizes:
Smaller Bag size: 20cm H x 12cm L x 6cm W
Big bag size: 22cm H x 18cm L x 7cm W
How many bags are in a pack?
There are 10 party bags per pack.
How many paper invitations are in a pack and do they come supplied with envelopes?
There are 10 invitations per pack. Our invitations come with 10 white envelops.
What size and weight are your invitations?
Our invitations are size A6 (105mm x 148mm).
The weight of the invitation is 300gsm (grams per square meter)
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £2.99. Delivery is free for orders over £30.
How long does delivery take?
Standard 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery takes an estimated 2-3 working days.
Can I personalise a bag or an invitation?
E- invitations can be personalised. Please ensure you provide the personalised details when selecting the e-invite product within your cart.
Party bags cannot currently be personalised.
Can I return a product.
Yes.
You can return products you have bought from us within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund minus delivery charges. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Digital (e-invitations) cannot be returned and no refunds are provided..
Do I need an account?
No. However, you will need to supply your name, address and email address to make a purchase and to receive confirmation of your order.
What do I do if Ive forgotten my username and password?
You can reset your password and/or username by clicking 'forgot password'on the login page. An email will be sent to you enabling you to reset and retrieve your login information.
Can I edit or remove saved payment details?
Yes.
You can removed saved payment details from your 'wallet' within your member account.
Can I see my orders in my account?
Yes.
Your orders are visible in the 'Orders' section in your members area account.
Can my account be deleted?
Yes.
Your account can be deleted by emailing our customer service team. Your account will be deleted within 24hrs of the request.
