You’ll need a free Canva account to personalise and download your invitation.
Q: Can I personalise a digital invitation before delivery?
No. Digital invitations are not personalised before delivery. You will receive the template and can add your own details in Canva.

Delivery & Returns
Q: How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £1.55. Delivery is free for orders over £30.

Standard 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.

Yes, you can return physical products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus delivery charges).

No, digital invitations are non-refundable once purchased.
