Deliveries and Returns

 

 

Delivery:

Standard Delivery is 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery is confirmed at checkout.

We deliver to UK addresses. This means England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and subject to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), and adverse weather condition. No deliveries are made on weekends or bank holidays.

Cost of delivery:

Standard 2nd Class delivery cost £2.99 (on orders under £30).

 

Orders over £30 are free.

The cost of postal delivery can vary depending on the chosen delivery method, the destination within the UK, and the total order value. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.

Orders that qualify for free shipping based on specific promotions or order value thresholds will have shipping charges waived. Details of any free shipping promotions will be communicated on our website.

 

Delivery Address:

 

​It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your shipping address and contact details. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered orders due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.​

 

Tracking Orders:

 

Once your order is dispatch, you will receive a dispatched confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery.​

 

Signature Requirement:

 

Depending on the value of your order and the selected delivery method, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the delivery, the shipping carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package.

 

International Orders:

 

For international orders, please be aware of potential customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

No deliveries are made on weekends or bank holidays.

• Check your local sorting office if your item is a Royal Mail delivery.

• Track your parcel via Parcelforce if your item is Express delivery.

• I have given my parcel reasonable time to arrive.

Returns

 

Eligibility for Returns:

 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

The product must have been purchased directly from our Store.

The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. The product must not be a digital product.

Products categorised as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for returns. This includes, but is not limited to, personalized, perishable, or digital items.

 

Initiating a Return:

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

Contact our customer support team at hello@colourfullyblack.com to request a return authorization.

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

Wait for confirmation and instructions from our customer support team before returning the product.

Return Shipping:

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

 

Inspection and Refund:

 

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

 

If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will include the product's purchase price and any standard shipping charges paid during the initial purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 of receiving the returned product.

 

Exchanges:

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you can follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
